I did not get any pics of the insides but it was one of the better butts I have turned out. I really am liking the GOSM since I got it at Christmas. I have just been using it for chicken and bacon, but for small cooks it may get more use now. I love the set it and forget it with the gas.
Here is my small butt I smoked today, it was just 4lbs but there is only 3 of us so it made a nice dinner and will serve us for lunch. I was surprised the amount of bark I got from cooking it in the GOSM.

What temp do you smoke your Turkey breast? I have not smoked anything other than some yard bird and I did those at about 275 in my kettle. I will be using my GOSM and it will be my 2nd smoke on it so I need some help.
I am getting the GOSM for Christmas and wondering if I need to add the needle valve for smoking bacon and sausage. I want to be able to set it low and did not know what mods I can do to help with the process.
