    Smoker from New Jersey

    I go under the nick of Warthog. OK been smoking for about two months. So I consider myself a rookie. Equipment here is a modified Char Griller Pro W/SFB also have an origional Webber 3 gas grill. Been doing Boston Butts and Ribs with good results.
