Piney, at this moment, we are planning to rent one of those little cabins if we can get one. I suppose we should be looking into reserving one now, but we have been busy with getting ready for the Arkansas trip.
Here's a few that Matty (Monstah) took, and that I took. Will add Scotty's when he gets around to downloading them.

I'll give you my personal recipe for red potato salad for a group:
5 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and boiled in the skins.

No juniper berries? We use juniper berries when we brine and rub our pastrami. It is absolutely the best. I think it gives the pastrami that distinctive flavor. Great looking photos, pne123. Thanks for the input.

....at least that's what I call it. It has no name, as far as I know. Got this great recipe from a friend who served it to us at a BBQ this past summer. Thought I would try it for a pot luck dinner we're going to at the club house on Wednesday:
1 pkg. Ore-Ida frozen chunk hash browns
1 8oz...
I flew up to Pennsylvania on Wednesday to spend the holidays with my three daughters and their families, including my 5 grandchildren. Scotty didn't come with me. Too cold for him up here. I had forgotten how nasty the weather can get. Dreary, cold, rainy and windy today. I ran errands while...
