    thanks for all the kind welcomes - broke in the new smoker right - ground, stuffed 50 lbs of venison summer sausage the other day - 2 batches - 20lbs of deer meat, 5lbs of ground pork sausage and a Legg's summer sausage spice kit with a packet of Prague cure #1, apple wood for the smoke...

    I'm new - looks like a great forum - have some done some smoking - want to learn some more - especially cured meats Got a new stainless masterbuilt electric smoker- I think it will be a beautiful relationship!
