    Good Source for Meat - SF Bay Area

    Costco Business Center. I go to the one in Hayward but I believe there are 3 or 4 others. Lots of primal cuts and good prices. Restaurant Depot another option but I don't need cases of brisket.

    Just bought first offset smoker to learn on! Help me fix it...She's a cheap one

    Buy on Amazon and get extended warranty. If you use the smoker a lot the thermometer will crap out eventually and the extended warranty makes it as a bogo.
