I saw you post about running the water pan empty. Have you ever had any error messages as a result of not having water? Also, what type of pan are you using for a drip pan?
Seen you chicken brine recipe and my only question is this, with all that vinegar does it make the chicken over powering with that flavor?
Ok I've recently purchase a 30lb sausage smoker from the sausage maker was curious if anyone has one any feed back would be greatly appreciated I've bought 2 of there D-10 dehydrators if it works as good as them I will be very happy

I have a Master built Sportsman Elite. I went to use it this weekend and the control panel wouldn't work. I looked on master built web site and they don't have the controller anymore. Any one have ideas to get one or something different to control it? Its only 4 years old and I hate to get a new one.

Hi everyone. I am a new smoker and just bought a Masterbuilt MWS 330B and I put it together and started to pre-season it. When it had been on for a couple of minutes it began beeping. It showed a message , "ERR 3". There is no such error message in the manual and they are not answering phones because of the whole coVid thing. Does anyone have any ideas?
