Thanks for your help on this project. I just got a new phone and am setting it up so communications may be dicey for a day or two. 920 530 5565

Girlfriend has got me a Traeger for my Birthday, cant have it till may, what should i cook for my celebratory first use after seasoned?.
I see you live in Sonoma, CA. Do you know how the Sonoma Cheese Factory is doing? I use to get the best seasoning in the world from them by the pound but they had some kind of family falling out and were closed for the longest time. I haven't been able to get it for a few years.

Since you live there it might be worth checking out. It was called OX Roast.
Wow, I can't remember exactly what the configuration was. That's probably how I did it.
There is a short in it somewhere, so at some point I'm going to have to take it apart to find it. I'll let you know what I find.
Mneely hope all is well,,, I was just looking at your smoker build,,, do you have pics of how you wired the element in??? just a extension cord cut to your PID???? TIA Nice build by the way.
Is your first name Randy and is your father Doug and mother Vivian? Just a random shot in the dark...
Need help. I am making a smoker and want to use a 220V ( 2100 Watts ) coil burner. I need a thermostat that can go from 120° -325°. No idea what to get and how to wire. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Good day sir - I have bought a twin to your old Coles meat grinder - I am in need of the retainer ring washer to hold everything together - did you have any luck finding parts for this grinder???

I have the Ink Bird IBT-4X and downloaded the BBQ Go app.

The device is showing up in the Bluetooth menu of my iPhone 13 Pro-Max running iOS 16.2.

The app is not allowing me to connect with the device. It asks me to push a button on the device which does not exist.
