Plain and simple withthe ABT'S this time. Just a shrimp wrapped in bacon. I never did them sliced in half like this. In the Fatty is Scalions, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, and chedder cheese. I forgot to put in some jalapeno's. Every thing is almost done.

when you cut a sausage in half..........do you see alot of juices lost outta the cut end.........and please........how are you doing beef ribs......3-2-1?

dude

No not really I think it kind of seals itself as it cooks. I know if you poke it while it cooking you will lose a lot of juices. The beef ribs I just cooked untill I seen them start to pull back, that was in around 5 1/2 hours. Then I just took them out and wrapped them in foil untill the rest of the stuff was finished. I think they turned out pretty good.

kewl........momma's been wanting to try the beef........i have never really liked beef ribs.......always to dry..........but that was before i found this place.............
