  1. Hi all,

My name is Tim, and I'm very new to the world of smoking stuff that you eat...

I've been at it for about a month, but work gets in the way.  I've done a chicken (fail), a pork butt (OK), a small brisket (OK) and a Tri-Tip (Winner!)... course it's almost impossible to screw up a tri-tip!

I'm a lazy guy, so the Bradley Digital 4 Rack Smoker was a great find for me.  Luckily for my parents, I was never very good at starting fires, so I figure why start learning how to build them now?  For those purists who use the lump coal and seem to find all of these great woods to smoke with - more power to you...  For now, I'll be content with feeding on some pretty dang good q from the digital world[IMG]

Anyway, I'm new around here, have lots of newbie questions[IMG] and hope to make a few friends along the way...
