Did some chicken wings at work on friday and they turned out great. Had never done any chicken before so wasnt sure how they would turn out. I just sprinkled some salt and pepper and a little garlic powder. Put them in with 4 or 5 turkey breast at 250 for about 2 hours then turned it up to about 300. Skin got nice and crispy on most of them, could have gone just a little longer to get them all crispy, but over all they were really good. Will try chicken again for sure. Next time with try soaking in a brine over night. Made for a great meal, had the turkey breast, wings, corn on the cob cooked on the grill along with some deer burgers and baked beans. Its nice to be cooking out again. Doing some deer this week at work and maybe some ABT's to go with it.
