I started preping this morning about 9:30 cooking up some red peppers and onions. Split a pork loin and stuffed it with the peppers and onions, made 2 fattys and stuffed them with the same and cheese, wrapped in them in bacon. I just put them in the smoker and it's already noon. Man time flies by when your having fun! I'll post some Q-views later. Oh ya, I had to make a batch of rub too. Happy smoking all!!
