Where doe's the time go?

  1. I started preping this morning about 9:30 cooking up some red peppers and onions. Split a pork loin and stuffed it with the peppers and onions, made 2 fattys and stuffed them with the same and cheese, wrapped in them in bacon. I just put them in the smoker and it's already noon. Man time flies by when your having fun! I'll post some Q-views later. Oh ya, I had to make a batch of rub too. Happy smoking all!!

    Ain't it the truth! I had two smokers going yesterday and with all the prepping and what not the day flew by!! I look forward to the q-view!

    Wow! the FATTY looks great [​IMG]I haven't stuffing one yet but after seeing that you can bet I will, I'm thinking of doing an Omelette FATTY next time I smoke

  10. The pork loin is ready, now time to make the sides. French cut green beens with bacon and onions, and yukon gold mashed potato's.
