Now that is one show I would've asked for extra mushrooms on my pizza.:emoji_wink:
I've heard him play a few songs off of Animals, but not the whole set, that would've been a KILL'ER show.

It was unbelievable! A bucket list concert for me! Got a signed, limited edition poster I need to frame!

The last two I was at was a private concert by Ryan Stevenson… and Jason Gray… most I am sure have not heard of them.

But if I can be a bit selfish for a moment… Concerts are our thing!

So the last while we have seen a few good ones! Ryan and Jason stated above… Zach Williams…. Christian Artist!

Seen The Beach Boys, Foreigner, ZZ Top and REO Speedwagon! And The King Of Country… Mr. George Strait!

Too old and too anti-crowd to enjoy concerts the way I used to. Last one we attended was over 15 years ago. The Eagles on their Long Road Out of Eden tour. Don't remember exact year...probably 2008 or 2009. Great concert for an old Eagles fan! I had seen them once before, back in '79 or '80, on their Long Run tour. It was cool that thirty-odd years later they were still putting on a great show. Wouldn't be the same now since Glen Frey passed.

Red
I would have loved to see them with Glenn Fry.

Its a bummer, but that just never panned out for me.

I saw Garth Brooks last Spring in SLC. The wife is a big fan. Me...not so much, but he actually put on one heck of a show. Looking forward to this September. Have tickets to see Oasis on their (reportedly) last tour ever in Pasadena. Should be great!!

WOW, there is some amazing talent in your list.

My wife and I love going to concerts, we will travel for the right bands.
Growing up in the 80's my older brother worked for Tower Records, and got to know some high up's from Columbia Records. All I had to do was ask, and tell him how many, and he would get me free tickets to any show I wanted to see.
I've been lucky enough to get back stage passes to some big name rocker's.
Had a blast from what I remember.

We saw Three Doors Down/Candlebox in Dallas last year (Drummer for 3DD and my wife are friends) - Lucinda Williams was the most recent @ Austin City Limits but one of the best shows I've seen was Joe Bonamassa at Red Rocks. Wow! What a venue and what a great artist.

Now the first concert was Ted Nugent back in 1979 and yes, we saw UFO's on the drive back home from the Uncle Ted show :emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing:
HUGE Bonamassa, fan, but it pisses me off that he hoards all the gear that he collects. Yes, I am extremely jealous of his collection. I just one of his 1959 Bursts, and just one of his many Dumble Amp's, one can dream!!!

My next show is next month in Napa, Cali. in a super small venue, I'm going to see Buckethead for my 4th time. I live about 35 miles from the Napa valley, it's a 30 minute drive. I'll drive up early and start partying with my cousin, he lives right up the street from the venue, stumbling distance.
(I'll spend the night at his house.)

(When we get together, it normally gets pretty crazy.)

After that it's back to my metal roots, I'm going to see,

MESHUGGAH, CANNIBAL CORPSE & CARCASS.🤯🤘🤘
