If you are young & healthy, then a couple of pieces of bacon isn't going to kill you. But as you age you need to be more accountable as to what you put in your system. And as said above the most important thing you can do to improve your health is exercise everyday!!

Recovering from a major stroke and 2 major heart attacks, learning how to walk again for a short distance (across the room) is about all the exercise I can muster at a time, and resting for 15 minutes. But, I'm trying!
