What is your favorite thing to smoke?

    I love strami's, ABT's and beef, but to me there is nothing prettier or more tastey than a whole chicken. When I take that juicy, mahogany colorerd bird out of the smoker, it is orgasmic. What truly floats your boat?

    Well my FAVORITE thing to smoke sure isn't something you could order on a menu...maybe in California [​IMG]
    But as far as meat goes,
    either pastrami, burnt ends/brisket or a good chuckie for Italian beef.

    1) Pork ribs(bb's or spares)
    2) Pork butt or shoulder
    3) ABT's
    4) Chuckies
    5) chicken

    Ribs, either Pork or Dino ribs, don't matter which.

    I think I just like having the cooker fired up regardless of what is in it.

    Can't decide...depends on my mood...my first and my old stand by is pulled pork so I guess it would be that. [​IMG]

    I'd have to go with the 2 things I'll probably never be able to get enough of (never tire of smoking/eating them), and, are relatively easy to do:

    7-bone trimmed whole rib;

    whole packer brisket for sliced flat and burnt ends from the point.
