Tough question, I have such a vast (or as my wife calls it "messed up") taste in music. I have favorites from Country, Opera, Classic Rock, Old School Rap, Metal, 80's hair, pop, dance, etc... making it very tough to choose. But Jimmy Buffett and his music and books have had a huge impact on my life. I would have to say Jimmy Buffett's live album "Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays".

Rally impossible to answer but if I had to pick one it would be the original Boston album. Back in the day wore out both vinyl and tape and enjoy all the songs to this day. If it were country whic is what I primarily listen to today it would likely be early Garth Brooks.

Tough question, and too many good answers here!

I'd have to narrow it down to two: Best vinyl album, Alan Parsons Tales of Mystery and Imagination. A theme album, that no one seems to do any more.

Steve Miller is another Great thats for sure.

Do a search on you tube for Steve Miller with Joe Satriani (live)... Some really good stuff... I'm at work and filters stop me from going to you tube or I would post a link to it...

Edit to add this... Satriani starts at part 9... Click on the play list in top right corner of video... Hell.. There is even some George Thorogood in there

first post here: my all time favorite album is Seatrain. "Willin' " will work as a lullaby, believe it or not!

Babylon By Bus is also great. All live Bob Marley material with good sound quality is worth a listen. Just another obsessive hobby like smoking meat. Now that I am retired I have the time to go see and record artists I like (as long as they are still alive) wherever I want except when two or more are playing in different places at the same time.
Sorry to keep digging but this fascinates me. Do the bands let you set up equipment? Using a mobile phone? Been a long time since I've been to a concert...dont really care for large gatherings of people in general, but back in the day, bands took exception to the audience trying to record their shows. I know its a new day and time, but I'm trying to visualize you traveling the world recording any band's concert you want. I could deal with the idiot public for that kind of hobby!

I'm the same way Jason, minus the rap music.
You never know what is going to pop up on my playlist when I hit scramble.

I about the same also but I do like some rap. Lil' Flip Sunshine pretty good. I do love my music. I the DJ on the river. Have one of those Block Rockers that close to 20 years old and still sounds great. Batteries good for 60 hour play time.

That Pink Floyd Delicate Sound Of Thunder - Restored, Re-edited, Remixed DVD is phenomenal! If you have a good sound system turn it up and enjoy! Edit get the Blu-Ray
chopsaw chopsaw They have that Blu-ray on sale. I normally buy all my concert Dvd's used but I had to have this one. This is just so good! The audio is off the charts.
