Eric Clapton's 2023 Crossroads Guitar Festival has been released, but I can't figure out the formats.
There's audio CD for the ridiculous price of $75.
And then there's " DVD Audio " ......... whatever the heck that is ........... for $28.
All I want is a BluRay, and I can't seem to find that. What's this about ?

I'm still wondering what a " DVD Audio " is, I can only guess its strictly audio on a dvd disc.

Got many choices to go see.Right in Providence up the street,Boston(meh), Shelbourne VT.
Or race weekend up in NH to which my best friends home is right down the road from the venue in Gilford and we will be up for the race as it's been a long time coming to bring the race back to a Sept date.
Probably do both Providence and Gilford.
Went with just Providence but went big.

Maybe bit different but our last concert was The Cure last year. Currently in possession of 4 tickets for AC/DC in April next year. At the grill I like outlaw rock, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, The Highway Men, CCR, The traveling Wilburys etc.

Bought the Chicago " Live at 55 " blueray and CD's. Was much better than I expected. Bluray far better than just audio.
Was so impressed, I bought tickets to see them at a local casino in March. Mrs Okie and I have never gone to a casino concert venue due to smoking policies being vague. We both quit back in the 90's and today, we are like reformed whores about it, we can't stand to smell tobacco.
But we gonna go and find out.

There is also usually a setup option on the main screen. I have a surround system and choose DTS if its offered else 5.1 Digital Dolby.

The legendary Bill Murray is teaming up with Gulf Coast Records artists Mike Zito and Albert Castiglia (aka “Blood Brothers”) to perform a series of shows in the first few months of 2025. Special Guest on the dates is newly-signed Gulf Coast artist guitarist Jimmy Vivino, whose label debut, Gonna Be 2 of Those Days, is set for release on February 14th.
The “Bill Murray and His Blood Brothers” tour kicks off January 3rd and 4th with two sold-out shows in Chicago; continues with multiple dates in San Francisco, Atlanta, New York and Austin; plus dates in Des Moines and Saint Louis; with additional shows to be announced at a later date.
“Mike and I are close friends with Bill’s brother, John,” says Albert Castiglia about how the hook-up happened. “We met John through (fellow Gulf Coast Records label mate) Chris ‘Bad News’ Barnes. John told Bill about the Blood Brothers and that prompted an invitation to play a show at The Murray Brothers annual Caddyshack Golf Tournament in St. Augustine, Florida. Bill sang five songs with the band that night. It was surreal to share the stage with such an icon, but he carried himself onstage like he was just one of the guys; so much fun. Bill had such a good time that he reached out to Mike and told him he wanted to do shows with us. The rest is history!”

Want to see (record) and show or two but TBD at the moment based on dates and locations. The tour scheduled to end Sept 28 and counting on one more show in San Francisco at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass which is a free festival first weekend in October.
Currently on the Fish tour (Samantha) my fifth show tonight in Del Mar,l Ca. and tomorrow is in Hollywood Ca. So far the shows have been great.

Try this radio station out if you want some Christmas music that isn't the same old same old. I love it. It's an independent radio station in Colorado that's supported by listeners so NO commercials.

That is good. You really need to check this out. They perform some songs together. It is Phenomenal! I usually try to buy these used.
