If I ever made beer again I would have to get a keg. That bottling sucks!
Haven't bottled yet . I bought a 1 gallon siphonless extract kit . Came with the bottle filler wand .
Actually just got another one today , so I can overlap batches .

I just tapped a pilsner a cpl weeks ago that i brewed back in feb and have been lagering. Nephews drank mostof it during a visit. Usually be sipping a whiskey or bourbon most weekends. Latest is Horse Soldier single barrel which is very enjoyable, Art of the Spirit double oaked, and Mary Jane 10 year.

That's my choice of beers as well... Once I get full/blowted (no more than a 6 pack) I switch up to my screen name...
I switch to a bourbon/whiskey after I eat supper. I prefer the middle to low shelf higher proof stuff. So I look for the BiB/small batch

I do love a good Genny. Used to be able to get it here, can't anymore.
Up here I can only get it in our town mom-n-pop store. 4.99 for sixer of pounders and 1.14 for 24 oz.
Genny pounders View attachment 701988 In college in upstate NY (near where it is/was made) the next day we called it the Genny squirts!
To funny Cliff. When I went to college we made roads trips to NY to buy our Gennies. They were much cheaper. I got the squirts a few times, but it wasn't the brand of the beer as much as the quantity.
