only 24 hours. Yesterday I was scratching my head and disappointed with my smoked meatloaf. It just didn't do anything for me. So tonight we heated it up as a leftover. WOW!! The flavor was entirely differrent. With a touch of horseradish BBQ sauce from last week and it was over the top. The brussel sprouts on the side were also terrific. I will make some adjustments to the recipe for personal taste reasons, but it feels good to be out of my "smoker's funk" from yesterday when I tried to figure out how I blew the meatloaf.
