I woke up at about 5 am and started the pit to warming up...At 5:45 I put on 1 Butt, 1 Brisket and 1 Pastrami...At 8 I went to a dentist appointment (look ma...no cavities) At 10 I put on 2 Sock-Eye Salmon fillets...At noon a buddy came over and we started on a half a rack of Shiner Boch...At 2 we ate salmon...The Pastrami just came off the cooker and the Butt and Brisket should be ready in the next 3-4 hours...Man, it just don't get no better than this!!!
