My Birthday is Sunday and tomorrow is my Birthday BBQ, and people come to my birthday not for me but for the food. This time they are in for a big time treat! I am breaking in my MES and in style too! I am doing the following over the next day and a half...21 lbs of baby back ribs & 10 lbs of pork shoulder (2 roasts). I am also doing 9 lbs of sausages and 6 lbs of tri-tip on the grill. It is a truly gluttonous occasion. For years I have been adding smoke via smoke chips and pouches on my bbq. I have tried some lower cost smokers over the years and none have worked me too well. I got the MES and my life has changed. I do travel alot and my free time is very rare.
