Starting a weeks hoildays on fri and gonna have my staff out for a staff appreciation pool party on Sunday.
I will be doing 3 ,9# butts for pulled pork sammies,sausages ,burgers and dogs,a couple dozen ABT'S,some slaw and seasoned taters and some piggy candy .
Looks like were gonna do up a cooler full of ceasers and of course countless wobly pops to wash it all down.........huuuuuummmmmmmmm maybe that will lead to a wet t-shirt contest with all the ladies
,well one can dream anyways.
Will post some pics of the Q-view ,also just put on to cure 16 # of pork belly and an 8 # bnls loin to cure for bacon smoking next week .... looks like it will be a great week
,can't wait

Debi....I use one of those gatorade type coolers with the spigot on the bottom and fill it with ceasers.....and the countless wobly pops are the very numerous beers us meat guys will consume with the ceasers
Ah okay got the wobly pops but, what's a ceaser?

BTW Those gatorade coolers make good larder tuns for mashing beer!
ceasers are vodka and clamato juice with a splash of worchester sauce and a few drops of tabasco,and the glass rimmed with celery salt
