Vegas Smoker here-new

Hi,

New to the forum and smoking. Was given an Masterbilt Electric Smoker from my wife for my birthday a few weeks back  Going to fire it up on Sunday for the 1st time.  Not sure what i am going to smoke yet, maybe a pork butt and some ribs.

Will post my experience along the way.

Have spent hours reading the forum so far so I feel pretty good about it.
