Tonight I did some ribs on my MES for supper. Started out with som Baby Backs that I used Magic Dust for a rub.

I then put them on the smoker at 205 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs with apple and lump coal.

Then I mixed up a liquid concoction to put in the wrap consisting of honey, apple juice, apple jelly, and rub.

I then put that in a foil on the smoker for about 2 1/2 hrs at 225 degrees. This got a little long as my wife and I had co-ed Volleyball tonight and didn't get back as soon as we wanted to.

I then took it out if the foil and mopped with KC Masterpiece (I know I used that a lot this weekend, but was feeling lazy so took the short cut) and smoked 250 for 30 minutes.

Cut

And served for supper.

Wife thought supper turned out well, did redust with Magic Dust before eating and I agree. Hope you all had a happy Valentine's Day.
