Again, I want to reiterate that I have not been receiving any complaints on this material. Last night I used a $75 ten year old FoodSaver to vacuum and seal 15 lbs of fish and it worked beautifully.

I like to keep some pleated bags on hand from Food Saver. They are 11” bags with pleated side to open up to about 16” for large meat pieces, then fold back down to 11” to seal on a standard machine.

Question is, do you offer this style of bag? If not, would you consider making some rolls of this in the future?

I don't carry them at this time. I believe that the pleated bag is a trademark of FoodSaver.

I too have purchased from you in case quantities for over 10 years.
I was in contact with you and I wish to return all of the balance of rolls that I purchased from you including the bad rolls that I ran into. I wish not to open up any more packages. I wish a full refund and I will purchase from the manufacture of my vac machine (I purchased from you too 8 to 10 years ago) as I have been using their bags with out one single fail. I look forward to hearing from you.

So you have rolls to custom make bags and these rolls are textured on the inside both sides? They are the standard Ultra rolls?

I know! I had those rolls of yours many years ago that were smooth both sides and had wrinkles in both sides with a tacked in center independent liner that was difficult to cut and would tear in the freezer. This was before your software system up grade and I had to make a new account. I'll just get, Out of Air 11" x 100' less than $30 with a cutter on the box 4 mil x 10 mil on Amazon . What was that crap you sold me with a tacked in liner?

Those were VacMaster VacStrip brand bags that I discontinued when I started making my own bags. My bags are clear on one side and textured on the other.

The VacMaster bags were extremely popular and I am still getting phone calls more than 12 years later asking for them.
