I currently have a Weber iGrill wireless thermometer and am looking to replace it.

I'm looking for something that can handle at least three probes, one for the actual grill temperature and two for different meats. I also do not want a phone app, I would much prefer it to come with its own remote. I don't mind wire going from the probes to a unit, I just want a wireless remote so I can read temps from the house. It's only about 50' from the smoker I wouldn't really be asking that much from the remote.

I was happy with the iGrill (although it needs a phone app which I want to get away from) but lately the meat probes are giving funny readings and I no longer trust it. Some days it reads great and other days not so much. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have had 0 issues with the 2 ThermoPro units I use a lot.
TP 20S 2 probe and TP 27 4 probe.
Both have separate remotes which I like too. Don't want to worry with Bluetooth and they have Hi/Low alarm settings.
Great value IMO and also provide great CS.

Thermoworks has some of the best equipment out there and customer service to go along with it...
The Smoke X has the furthest reach (>1.2 miles) with remote. Has 4 probes (1 ambient,3 food)

I have 2 of the Smoke's and 2 of the Thermopens

I have a Thermopro TempSpike XR also. It only has two probes but each probe registers both internal and ambient temperature. Not a fan of phone apps either. The Thermpro comes with it's own remote. Controls very user friendly.

This one does what you want. Its a 4 probe unit that comes with one probe for grate temp and 3 for meat. No wifi or phone apps, just the sending unit at the cooker and a monitor. The units are rechargeable, so no batteries to buy.

I can heartily recommend ThermoWorks’ Signals. It has four channels, one of which you can use for a pit probe, three for different meats. It has a large, easy to read display. I know you don’t want a phone app; Signals does need a phone app (or what I use indoors, an iPad app) but it has a great data presentation.
You didn’t mention what cookers you have, but if you’re working with live fire you’ve probably thought of fire temp management. The Signals flawlessly controls the Billows accessory fan for pellet-grill-like temperature control. I use this setup on my drum and several kettles with success.
Just an alternative!

Loss of reception with phone apps for me.
With BT apps I was running tests on my Soraken from 2015 and tried 6 or 7 different ones that all would drop the graph and ultimately would crash and would prompt you to restart the app so it would be off without you knowing. Easy BBQ was the Soraken app, Solis Thermo, Inkbird's BBQ Go........ I'm back to rf transmitter and receiver with rechargeable batteries. Take out batteries when not using if they're alkaline to keep a leaky inexpensive battery ruining an expensive product but then any battery can fail.

I have had this set up for years. Still works great. However the alarm sounds on it are so weak I can't hear them and setting up the high/low alarms are much easier on the Thermopro. Not to mention the hassle of the wires on the probes.

Also, I mostly cook with just an instant read anymore. Experience tells me when I need to start checking temps.

So as a person who considers their phone a wireless attachment of their brain I wonder....why do you not like a phone app?
Sometimes I need to run out when doing a 10 or so hour smoke and I take my phone with me. My wife would then watch the smoker but then she would need to run out to the smoker every so often to look. Just trying to make it easier on her.

Also, if I happen to run out then my phone obviously disconnects and then I have to resync the phone to the iGrill. I also just don't like needing to pull my phone out every time I want to look. Having a separate receiver would just make it easier.

Can you tell me how long the battery lasts on this? I was reading reviews and one reviewer stated that he was getting about 8 hours of battery. As I regularly smoke 8+ hours that could be a problem.

If you run hot and fast, as many of us do, you mostly will not be running cooks that long.
I've not done any 'hot and fast' cooks, I'm more of a 'low and slow' kinda guy :)

Perhaps I'll look into that sometime. I've always thought that for pork butts and brisket that low and slow was the only way. Anyway, that's content for a different thread, but thanks for bringing that to my attention, I'll certainly explore that.
