Ok may sound kinda weird but how does a uds provide such long smoke times off a single load of fuel? How does that work low air intake? keeping it sealed? whats the secret to it? BBQBubba wanna help me out here?
 
You said it....air tight my friend!
YOU control the air it uses thus controlling the burn time.

Wish my truck got the milage of these things ! Smoked ribbs one day , 2 days later did some fatties, next day did a 4 lb. roast ,couple days later chicken breast. All one one basket of lump !! Just grabed some chunks outa the basket and re- lit in the chimney each time !!
