Well its almost done, but I'm cooking on it.
I burned out the liner. Drilled 3, 1" holes for intake and 8 1/2" holes in the lid for exhaust. My first burn went well, although had some trouble maintaining a low temp. Installed a 1" to 1/2 reducer on one of the intakes. Next burn went great with the 1" intake capped and the 1/2" open and the ball valve 30% open.
Cooked 6 racks of spares for Super Bowl. Deep fried some wings also. Everyone was thrilled and amazed.
