Tired of the same ole garden, potato, pasta salads? YOU gotta try this. Had some today with the bbq wings.

Here is another great and tasty dish.

Ingredients:
2- 12 inch long cucumbers
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
250ml sour cream
1 tablespoon of Hungarian Paprika.

Prep:
1-peel cucs, and slice thin (if they are sliced too thick prep time will be longer) and place into a bowl with a lid
2-sprinkle salt over the cucs (may put lid on and shake it)
3-let sit in fridge for 1/2 hr.
4-drain all liquids and add vinegar. Place lid on and shake to mix. Place fridge for another 1/2 hr.
5-drain extra liquids off, and add sour cream, mix well. Place into fridge for 1/2 hour or until time to serve.
6-when ready to serve, spinkle the paprika across the top.

This is so good.

There are other recipes on the net that also add garlic and pepper. But this is how I make it.

Enjoy.

Andy - those ingredients sound wonderful, and fresh! How can you tease us with that, and not show us what it looks like?? We're a visual bunch!!
