He he!  I couldn't help the title.

Anyway, I am going to toss two turkeys in the smoker for thanksgiving and I am stuck and at a loss on this one. One turkey is for my family and one is getting cut up and put in the freezer.   My brain says, "Two turkeys should require the same time as one turkey."  I know when baking multibatches of cookies, this is the case.  one cookie or 10 cookies requires the same baking time.  The two birds are the same size and will be prepared the same way.  I am going to use my MPS.  Help me out.

Thanks!

Matt

Soymateofeo , you're correct , don't dry Turkey... Be sure to keep clean TBS and check the temp., 165*F in the Breast , 170*F in the Legs and Thighs...

Have fun and . . .
