this evning i put two twevle pound turkeys in the smoker i brined them using the hi mountian poultry brine i also injected some of the brine into the breast and legs and thighs they are now in the smoker at 225-240 temp keeps changing because of the weather it is raining and there are thunder storms and wind i am using a gosm gas smoker well you guys have a great christmas and a happy new year

here are the pic of the turkey they turned out great its to bad i am going to give these birds away they smell great when i removed them from the smoker the juice just ran off them maybe i will only give one away and eat the other :twisted: ohwell you guys take care
