Here are a few pics of my twins rubbed down before and as they jumped into the smoker... I'll post some more in a few hours after they get their tan.


Alrighty here they are after a 5 hour tan... OHH they tasted Soooooooo GOOD!!!

Don't you just love how juicy they get when you cook them that way..??
Very nice, indeed. Can you give us the approximate time and the temperature you smoked them at? I'd like to try some "twins" next weekend.

Thanks everyone yes they were very tasty indeed... I used Hickory and cooked them at 240 deg. for 5 hours and then let them sit for another 30 minutes to keep the juices in, the internal temp was 175 deg. when I cut them open the meat litterly fell off the bone!! is reader supported and as an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
