  1. I just want to say thank you for this forum! I just purchased my Brinkmann side by side smoker/grill. I used it the other day to do up some burgers but today was the maiden voyage for smoking..... and
    HOLY COW!!!!! I am not a huge chicken fan but I am hooked on smoke.... If my dogs stand still to long they might end up smoked :)

    I did up some cheese before I started the Chick and nuts.....

    Here is a photo of my twins.... This was just about 1/2 way done...


    little darker then I would like, but still was awsome......

    Those look great.

    How did they turn out?

    Did you brine them?
