I love smoking turkey. I have some extra turkey legs and was searching for some ideas on what to do with them, besides just eat them, and came across this site for turkey recipes...

Hey, thanks for the link. Good stuff on it, and I liked the turkey chowder recipe from Miss Oona Settembre...and what a bio she has! Her chowder looks pretty awesome.

We have turkey all the time and smoked turkey is a standard around here. My wife makes broth reductions with the bones and veggies, then freezes the concentrated pints; the chowder should be snap to put together.
