I just pulled these bad boys out of the smoker. Started them at 0400 and they came off at 1035. Hickory smoked at 250 - 275. The birds are 14.75 lbs each pre-cooked weight.

I just wanted to show what I've been up to today. Let the feeding commence!

Happy Thanksgiving to one and all. May you have a blessed day!

I thank both of you.

The birds were indeed very tasty. I hope y'all had a happy thanksgiving as well! My turkeys have become a requested staple at our family holiday gatherings. I have been smoking turkey's for the past 5 yrs, or so. This was the first time I ever photographed, and posted, the fruits of my labor.
