Man, don't get much better than that. Looks like you nailed it. 👍
Thanks J, it definitely hit the spot.
Glad you are seeing TT up in the great white north. I would have to buy them in bulk at Restaurant depot.
You and me both Cliff. Fingers crossed it stays this way. I talked to the owner the other day and he said more people are buying them which is a good sign.

Hell yes!!! I did one on my bronco last week, but I've been very very lazy about posting of late. That looks killer!
Thanks Chris, get that camera out and start shooting.
things of beauty. we actually got some in to the latin market this week. Tri tip tonight. All day corned beef for pastrami Sunday, since everything got rained out recreationally and we're slightly flooding.
Appreciate it John, and it sounds like you have a most excellent plan. I could go for some good pastrami about now.

Looks perfect Chris and some mighty good eats!

Thanks Keith, Our bellies were full.
Looks great to me. Wife would pass as she's not a rare fan.
TT about as rare (and high priced) as hen's teeth up here.

Last I recall today is Saturday?
My calendar is messed up, too. First day off in 3 weeks.
Appreciate it John, I'm lucky the wife and I both like it rare. Your dates are correct and I did use the WSM yesterday. I'll post up my cook later today.

So that's where my tri-tip went...😂 Can't seem to find them regularly around here anywhere. Looks great Chris!!
Thanks Charles. We used to be the same way(availability wise), but one of the Mom-n-Pop stores started carrying them. Fingers crossed they don't stop.

Great looking cook, Chris
Haven’t done TT in a while
Can find it everywhere, but the price has gotten out of hand here

Appreciate it Mike, I can only find TTs in one store around here. I'm not sure how much this one weighed, but it cost me about $22.00 I think. The nice thing about it is the wife and I will get at least 3 meals each out of it. I normally pay about $15.00ish(X2) for a T-bone or Porter house and only get that one meal. That and the quality of the T and Porter aren't nearly as good.
