One of my favorite proteins. Reverse seared on Lodge Sportsman grill. From med (ends) to med rare in center.

Thanks! 125 seared to 135, let rest for 10-15 min final temp in center 140-145.
The ends (med/med-well) to center Med to med/rare, covered everyone’s preference.
