I had some leftover tri tip that was dusted with Smittyâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s and smoked with mesquite, Gloria had two leftover chile rellenos, so I put them together for a tasty burrito you wonâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t find on the menu. I used my hobo grill and went to work. The combination of the soft and moist tri tip against the egg, cheese, and New Mexico green chile made for a tiered level of textures and flavors. The red chile sauce is Gloria's NM red, seeds and all! My mother-in-law said it was the bomb, so I guess Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m an OK guy for the day…

You're tight on the money my friend, why does it seem that it's the guys who are stretching the envelope? It really doesn't matter... it's all good.
