After the IP blew it went into the trash and got me new one. Needed to make sure it worked. Got it used but think it was new and just a damaged box. I had a leftover grilled pork steak and tossed it in with a can of cream of garlic mushroom and half can of water and some black pepper. Served over egg noodles. Wow was this good! This may become a regular thing.

Looks great ! Those leftover on the fly meals are the best ones . It is a regular thing around here .
I use chuck pectoral or brisket flat . Sear it off . Add what you like , along with some stock .

50 minutes at high pressure , then natural release .
