I just can't seem to get my wood smoker above 100 degress with out burning an excessive amount of coal. My ecb won't get above 180, but it is making smoke. I've got two spares cut St. Louis style on now. If I don't see the "pull" I'm looking for in three hours at least I should have enough smoke in the meat to finnish in the oven. I'll keep you posted.
