tonight for supper i smoked a meatloaf, modified wicked baked beans, ABT's, a sage fatty, and some sausage links with cheddar and jalapenos in them. for the meatloaf, i made up 1lb ground chuck with 1lb sage sausage- mixed with minced oinion, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and turbinado sugar. for the ABT"s i took 12 jalapenos and stuffed them with colbyjack cheese, with bacon on them. the beans, i used a 28oz can of bush's homestyle baked beans, with half a sage fatty diced up in them, with bbq sauce, chili powder, and turbinado sugar mixed in them. the fatty was a sage fatty. the sausage links were fresh from the meat market at the grocery store sausage with cheddar cheese and jalapenos in them. tasted real good.
