Figured I would fire up the smoker tonight. Had some pork breakfast sausage around so a fatty was the choice. Defrosted some tater tots in the microwave and threw in with some onions and cheese.
Smoked it for about 3 hours at 250 and then a little bit at 275 to help the bacon until an IT of 165.
Got to enjoy some good dinner and watch a little hockey.
