Well I picked up a yardbird yesterday on a whim and decided I would do a pizza fatty for a side/snack. I didn't inject, marinate or rub down the chicken with anything, just out of the bag and onto the smoker. Once the ends started to crisp up, I foiled, poured an OJ and AJ mix into the center of the chicken and put it back in til it hits 170 degrees. (Almost there). After I foiled the chicken I put the fatty on. I bought some pizza dough from Wal-Mart to incorporate with the Pizza Fatty. I think I will wrap the fatty with the pizza dough and bake.
