Thanks Fellas! The guys had a busy day. Structure fire in a storage building at one of the refineries. They got called in for back up to help out the on-site refinery fire Dept. Huge totes of rubber caught on fire...black smoke for days. They were ready to relax tonight and thanked me wholeheartedly for bringing the board...

So starting at the top left going clockwise:
Nduja fresh out of the cave in the bowl
Parmesan, Provolone, and mild cheddar cheese
In the middle there is Wild Hog Coppa Di Parma
Calabrian Salami
then on the right, Fennel Salami
Pistachio and Lemon Salami
Left we have Napoli Salami
And finally, Goose and pork Pepperoni

The guys ate it all....nothing left.

Thanks Civil! Best on the board IMO was the goose/pork pepperoni. It is the last one left from a batch I made 3 years ago...wow the flavor!! Next would be the Calabrian made from heritage Berkshire trimmings.

Man that sounds yummy on both! I think I would have called “mine” on the pepperoni!
