Other than the bacon, what did you put on the tenderloin?
 
Homebrew I put italian dressing on it then I mixed up a rub of lemon pepper and season salt and rubbed that in. Didn't want to get carried away with it. I did the same with the quail. It was all smoked with apple wood.
 
Thanks everybody, couldn't have done it without ya'll. I didn't know about the quail but it came out really good. Thanks for a great site.
 
Man you sure like bacon! RIP that quail looks awsome! Got me drooling all over my computer hon! I haven't had quail in like 30+ years.
