Todays smoke is big

I am excited to share with you all my first spares, Fattys, and First ABTs. Also am smoking a 13 lb brisket. This is rough because it is a 12 hr ordeal that started at 6 PM. Makes for a long day after working in construction all day in the heat....

great lookin' stuff brah - i too have purveyed(old cowboy term) vast amunts of hide - i want to do all the wkend. i have copious amounts of "baste/marinade" fer the cook & if the cook got a rub ...even better.but long story short i got the feed, the food, & the "frisco"- booze. i will do pics if you do & we can argue about nascar later- lol.

Well it was a success. The family loved it we had fatties for breakfast. I am amazed and will soon be firing up the smoker I found some huge pablano peppers at wally world. And will make more fattys with them.

As far as sleep goes. Sleep is for the weak and unresolved smokerrrrrrrrrzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

No I didnt just fall asleep my eyelids just involetarily closed.
