while doing my shopping in Sam's club they had corned beef on sale for $2.08 lb. This voice kept saying Ken try slow cooking one on the BBQ grill (since the weather will not allow the smoker to run) so I picked up a 4 lb piece. soaked it in water to remove a little of the salt. seasoned only with fresh cracked black pepper cooked it indirect for about 3 hours to a internal temp of 165 degrees. let it rest about 30 min. used my new slicer for the first time.... Boy oh Boy is this stuff good!!!
