TL's Smoke salmon spread

    Secret is out. Didnt want to hijack another thread with this.

    I guess everyone has to contribute to this great forum,.....(clearing throat) Big deep breath.

    TL's Smoked salmon spread
    2 Med smoked salmon fillets (bout 10 inch), go through with a fork and pull bones out

    1 block sofened cream cheese
    1/4 Cu. Mayo or what I have been doing lately Ranch Dressin
    Dash of Worchishire to taste, not too much, too salty
    Crack Black Pepper to taste
    Season salt to taste
    Minced Chives or dill, your choice
    parsley flakes optional for color mostly
    Package of Ritz
    and you can NOT make too much of this as it will disappear.[​IMG]

    Now here is the kicker, try stuffin ABT's with this, Oh my!![​IMG] Love em

    Hmmm similar to one I use...good stuff! I usually sprinkle with capers and add a bit of lemon juice tho.

    Have not tried chives...interesting! Thanks for the idea!
