Well, I am just getting started in smoking myself, I have been around it just never had my own equiptment. I found a cajun injector electric smoker on sale this weekend and will probably own it by the time the week is out. I am looking to get started just making ome deer jerky, snack sticks, and sausages. I am sure it will turn into more than that before its over. I look forward to hearing all of your advice.
