Evening everyone. Just joined today and looks to be a great site with some awesome ideas and great builds. I've been using an electric smoker last few years and have got my ribs down pat but looking forward to building my first smoker. Have a thread started on the UDS section if anyone cares to share their .02. Looking forward to some good times and reading.
