I dont get it. First two messages dissapeared. This one didnt.

Anyway. Been grillin all my life but only been smokin for a year or two.Enough time to screw up some good meat. Loved every bit of it.
Coookin on a Char Griller Pro. A stick burner that leaks too much air
makin fire tendin a FULL time job. But who doesnt love playin with fire
and smellin like smoke? Wish I knew you folks were here two years ago!
